Tai Chi Health and Wellness Training Camp

Training Content

  1. Chen Style Tai Chi: Focuses on silk-reeling energy, grounding, and explosive movements, with emphasis on foundational techniques and forms.
  2. Yang Style Tai Chi: Students can choose the 24-Form (beginner-friendly) or the traditional 85-Form, focusing on smooth, continuous movements that harmonize breathing with posture.
  3. Qi Gong: Learn ancient breathing and movement techniques to calm the mind, boost immunity, and promote natural healing.
  4. Push Hands: Practical Tai Chi combat techniques, learning to neutralize and redirect force through Tai Chi principles.
  5. Theory & Culture: Understand the philosophy and health benefits behind Tai Chi, and learn how to integrate Tai Chi into your daily life.

Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
